File Submission Guidelines (short version)

Make sure to listen to your exported files thoroughly and approve them, before sending them over to be mastered.
Use the same sample rate, as the one you recorded and mixed.
Any sample rate conversions should and will be done by us.
Use the highest bit depth that your DAW will allow.
If you export in a bit depth lower than the one you were mixing at, then dither appropriately.
Title your files in the following fashion:
Band/artist name_album title_track title_date
In case of albums, remember to include the track order.
Provide all the appropriate metadata that you want embeded as CD-text, in a text file.
Make sure they do not have any mistakes, as they will be copied on the masters.
Provide all relevant information on fades.
Include all items in a zipped folder, titled clearly (ex. band name_album title_date)
